Since 2006, I have been working with young children, teens, families, and adults in individual, family,
and group therapy. I provide my clients a safe space to grow in the face of challenges, roadblocks, and traumatic events. I believe each person has the potential to turn their wounds into a wellspring of strength and transformation.
Specialties. Helping parents provide effective parenting to children without ‘blowing up’ or ‘giving in’; using art, music, and movement to facilitate growth with children and adults; helping survivors of traumatic events move through their pain, grief, and loss and find healing; using effective cognitive behavioral techniques to increase well-being and decrease depression and anxiety.
Education: Azusa Pacific University: B.A. Music with an emphasis in Vocal Performance and a minor in Psychology. Azusa Pacific University: M.A. Clinical Psychology, emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy.
