Our empowering, embodied programs include:
Psychotherapy Services
For individuals and couples
Our compassionate therapists provide unique support for women and their partners moving through issues related to the transition to new parenthood; including recovery from perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, birth trauma, and issues of infertility.
Motherhood Journey Group
Unique weekly therapy groups for pregnant and new moms. These therapy groups are designed to provide support, education, and resources in the pursuit of finding balance, healing and embodiment during the emotional ups and downs of pregnancy and postpartum life. Groups are discussion oriented combined with experiential tool building in mindfulness and relaxation.
Attachment Resources
For parents struggling with the transition to new parenthood, we offer attachment assessment and relationship focused treatment aimed at improving the parent-infant connection and attachment during the critical first years.
Workshops
For professionals and parents on topics of relevance to the transition to parenthood. Topics include: “Discovering Your Intuitive Parent” and “What Happens After Baby”
