Programs for New Families
Specializing in services for New Moms

We assist women in finding
Support, Connection & Resources
to navigate the personal and relational challenges and opportunities of new motherhood.

Our empowering programs for new mothers include:

Individual Therapy
For women experiencing issues related to new motherhood including prenatal and post-partum depression and anxiety.

We also support women and their partners struggling with issues of infertility.

Group Therapy
Unique weekly therapy groups for pregnant and new moms. These provide peer support and professional resources to help navigate this exciting and often challenging time. Babies welcome.
See our flyer here.

Post-partum Coaching
As a new mother it can be a challenge to get out to the grocery store, much less get to a therapy appointment. We offer in-home coaching services to support the new mother in the first 12 weeks post-partum.

Attachment Resources
For parents struggling with the transition to new parenthood, we offer attachment assessment and relationship focused treatment aimed at improving the parent-infant connection and attachment during the critical first years.

Workshops
For professionals and parents on issues of interest to the new and expecting parent.
