Through both individual and group therapy, I work to assist elementary-age and adolescent girls with emotional regulation and finding inner direction and selfworth. Drawing on both personal and professional experience, my work with young girls and teens includes the development of coping skills for overcoming struggles and conflicts. In individual therapy I work to facilitate long term change through fostering self confidence and helping girls embrace their authentic voice. Through group therapy I promote a sense of community and emphasize paradigms that embrace self-regulation, self-reliance, self mastery and personal gifts and abilities.
