Maryanne Mueller-Curson
Intake Coordinator

As Intake Coordinator, Maryanne is the first point of contact for families and individuals seeking services at the Institute. Her initial phone interviews with prospective clients allow her to shepherd them through the intake process and then connect them with a therapist and/or group that best fits their needs. She finds it most rewarding when “our clients communicate their relief when we provide them with new-found hope.”

Past Experience: Maryanne worked as a Behavior Specialist for Pacific Child and Family Associates in Pasadena, where she provided one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children on the spectrum. Her case load included working with clients both in school and in home-based settings. After working in this setting, Maryanne decided that she had found her life-long calling in the mental health field.
