FREE Workshop for Parents of Kids Ages 0 – 12
Every Thursday in May, 8am – 9am
Right now, parents are holding a lot! But who is holding them? We designed this free workshop for parents to come together to share ideas and tips, discuss frustrations, and walk away feeling supported and ready to face another day parenting during COVID-19.
It’s one of our Together! Programs: a series of free and reduced online offerings we’ve created to support families during the coronavirus crisis.
We’re all in this together – and we hope you can join us!
Weekly topics: Join us for one week or all four!
May 7: Screen Time – How Much is Actually Okay Right Now?
May 14: Keeping Yourself Calm, Cool and Connected during COVID-19 (Even When the Kids are Losing It)
May 21: Embracing Boredom – Tips to Make the Most of Life at Home
May 28: Living with So Much Uncertainty – How Even Type A Parents Can Enjoy this Way of Life
The workshop is free, but we do need you to register in advance so we can forward you the Zoom invitation. To register or to learn more, contact our Intake Coordinator at PHoward@IFGD.care or 626-585-8075 ext. 108.
