I provide therapy through the Institute’s Child and Adolescent Specialty Practice (CASP). I utilize a strengths-based approach to help girls and young women meet their goals for interpersonal, emotional, behavioral, academic, and familial functioning. I use my training and experience, coupled with warmth and compassion, to provide tangible skills girls can utilize to reinforce their strengths and cope with difficult issues. In addition, I have a passion for working with families and parents to foster effective connections.

Specialties: Treatment of OCD and other anxiety disorders; Trauma informed therapies; Exposure with Response Prevention; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy; Family and parent consultations.

Education and Training: Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology; Master’s in Clinical Psychology, The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, University of California at Santa Barbara.
