A weekly group for young adults ages 18 – 27
Explore Your Path offers a supportive environment to prepare for and process the exciting and challenging transitions that accompany young adulthood. Group members support one another as they discuss ways to navigate growing independence, identify and express one’s authentic self, maintain mental healthiness, and engage in decision-making that is based in one’s values instead of prescribed by society.
This group is especially helpful for young adults who want to discover more about themselves as they connect with a community of peers from diverse walks of life.
