Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Initiative

We are committed to working on the personal, interpersonal, systemic and community levels to support change. The goals of our five-year Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) Initiative include:

  • Increase knowledge and implementation of antiracist and decolonizing practices in our organization, clinical work, community education, professional trainings and relationships with each other
  • Create a more diverse and equitable employee base and senior management team
  • Participate in our community in an increasingly culturally responsive way

We’ve identified 6 Organizational/Systemic Arenas to address through an antiracist lens:

  1. Learning and growth
  2. Hiring, recruiting and retaining a diverse team
  3. Benefits and working conditions
  4. Assessments/evaluations and promotions
  5. Meetings and social connections
  6. Services and Programs

Candidates are invited to share about their interest in working in an organization and on a team that is engaged in this type of JEDI growth.
