2026 Stand Up! Speak Out!® Summer Camp in Descanso Gardens
A Fun Summer Camp that Fosters Empowerment, Creativity and Friendship Skills!
In this super fun camp, your child will learn skills to help maintain positive friendships, use assertiveness with compassion, and approach challenges with confidence. Activities include scavenger hunts, skits, planting succulents, exploring Descanso’s beautiful paths and waterfalls, and more. Campers will have fun, get creative, make new friends, enjoy nature, and learn important skills for life!
The camp fee includes a Stand Up! Speak Out!® Summer Camp t-shirt, all materials for arts and craft projects, days in Descanso Gardens facilitated by our experienced team, and the online parent talk led by our CEO, Dr. Melissa Johnson.
If you register using the reduced bring-a-friend camp fee, please provide the name of your child’s friend in the notes. Siblings do qualify for the bring-a-friend discount!
